Q. Can my company become a supplier to EQT?
A.  Yes, EQT is interested in expanding its supply base. The appropriate contact on the "How to Contact Us" page can provide further detail regarding the need for the goods or services that your company offers.

Q. What are the steps to becoming an EQT supplier?
A.  EQT’s supplier qualification process includes the following steps:

  1. To the extent that EQT has a current requirement for the goods and or services in question, your company must demonstrate that it provides the best value for EQT in terms of price, quality and experience.
  2. Completion of the Safety Pre-Qualification process.  Further information can be found by clicking here.
  3. Satisfactory credit review
  4. Proof of appropriate insurance levels as required by the executed agreement
  5. Execution of an applicable agreement (Master Services Agreement, Master Supply Agreement, etc.)
  6. Submission of the supplier’s 1099 form to EQT’s Accounts Payable department.
Q. If I am a minority supplier, what is the best way to become a supplier to EQT?
A. EQT seeks to leverage its relationships with diversity resource organizations. Diversity suppliers are encouraged to join any of the resource organizations listed on our website. EQT looks to the diversity databases of these organizations first when identifying a diverse supplier. For more information click on Supplier Diversity

Q. In what geographic regions does EQT operate?
A.  EQT conducts business in Western Virginia, Eastern Kentucky, West Virginia, and Western Pennsylvania.  For more specific information regarding the locations that your company supplies, please contact the appropriate EQT contact listed on the Procurement page.
