How to Apply for a Grant
To apply for cash or in-kind funding please complete a grant application form and forward all information to the following address:

The Foundation Board of Directors meets quarterly. All applications must be received by the 1st of the month prior to the month of the meeting (see calendar below). Please submit all applications by the appropriate grant submission date to allow sufficient time for review and consideration of your application. The Foundation board reserves the right to request additional information or postpone funding decisions on specific applications.
