experts in their areas. They are active in professional associations
and have the latest information on regulatory requirements Technical

Larry Chapman
Mr. Chapman supervises technical training at the Weston and
Charleston WV Training Centers. Larry has over 27
years of pipeline operations experience which includes safety, technical
training, researching, developing and implementing work procedures
for compliance with safety and environmental regulators. Larry can be reached at (304)269-2601.
Mark DeJohn
Mr. DeJohn has 29 years of natural gas operations experience
which includes research, developing and facilitating various construction
and maintenance programs in compliance with DOT, OSHA and PUC
requirements. Mark is qualified in all types of plastic fusion
for various manufacturers as to DOT 192 specifications. Mark also
is a certified NACE corrosion technician and has developed program
for operator qualification. A member of EQT's Speakers Bureau,
Mark has presented programs to the public on various natural gas
related topics.
Chuck Mingo
Mr. Mingo has over 30 years of expertise with natural gas heating
equipment, which includes 17 years as a trainer for meter service,
gas appliances and various customer service programs Mr.Mingo's
experience prior to joining EQT includes several years as a business
owner in the residential and light commercial gas appliance heating
field, industrial combustion with US Steel and developing procedures
for Westinghouse Instrument Service Company's nuclear division.
While earning an Associate's degree in Engineering Mechanical
Design from Penn State University, he was a draftsman for the
architectural firm of Design Associates, where he designed mechanical
layouts for residential and commercial buildings.
Tom Rogers
Mr. Rogers has 27 years of natural gas operations experience with
over 18 years researching, developing and facilitating technical
training programs in addition to writing work procedures for field
operations and regulatory compliance. Mr. Rogers manages the day
to day operation of the Technical Training Center in Pittsburgh
and wrote Equitable's Operator Qualification plan for compliance
under DOT 49 CFR part 192. Tom is active in AGA (American Gas Association's)
Technical Training and Development Group. Mr. Rogers is
also a member of the Midwest Energy Training Consortium and the
Pennsylvania Energy Association.
