Anita M. Powers

Anita M. Powers joined EQT’s Board of Directors in November 2018 and currently serves as a member of the Audit and Management Development and Compensation Committees. She is retired from Occidental Petroleum Corporation where she was Executive Vice President of Worldwide Exploration for Occidental Oil and Gas Corporation and Vice President of parent Occidental Petroleum Corporation, roles in which she served since 2007. From 2007 to 2017, Anita was Vice President of Worldwide Exploration. Prior to 2007, she was Director of Worldwide Geoscience, Vice President of Exploration of Colombia and Chief Exploration Geologist for Worldwide Exploration. Anita also served as a Director of California Resources Corporation and as a member of its Health, Safety and Environmental Committee from 2017 to 2020. She has served on the board of SM Energy since 2021.
