EQT Corporation (NYSE: EQT) (the "Company" or "EQT") announced today that it has amended the terms of its previously announced tender offer (the "Tender Offer") to purchase for cash up to an amended Maximum Tender Amount (as defined below) of its 4.875% Senior Notes due 2021 (the "2021 Notes") and 3.000% Senior Notes due 2022 (the "2022 Notes" and, together with the 2021 Notes, the "Notes"). The Company also announced today the early results of the Tender Offer. The Company has amended the Tender Offer to (i) increase the combined aggregate principal amount of Notes subject to the Tender Offer (the "Maximum Tender Amount") from $150,000,000 to $200,000,000 and (ii) limit the aggregate principal amount of 2022 Notes that may be accepted for purchase in the Tender Offer to $181,177,000 (the "2022 Notes Tender Cap").
