Robert F. Vagt

Robert F. Vagt joined EQT’s Board of Directors in July 2024 and currently serves as a member of the Audit, Corporate Governance and Management Development and Compensation Committees. He previously served as the lead independent director of the Equitrans Midstream Board of Directors from 2018 to 2024. Robert previously served as a director of EQT from 2017 until the separation of EQT and Equitrans Midstream in 2018. He was President of Davidson College from 1997 to 2007, and president of The Heinz Endowments from 2008 to 2014. He has served on the boards of Rice Energy Inc., Rice Midstream Partner LP (RMP), El Paso Corporation and Kinder Morgan, Inc. He also served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Seagull Energy from 1996 to 1997, as President, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Global Natural Resources from 1992 to 1996 and as President and Chief Operating Officer of Adobe Resources Corporation from 1989 to 1992.
