Vicky A. Bailey

Vicky A. Bailey joined EQT’s Board of Directors in July 2024 and currently serves as Chair of the Corporate Governance Committee and as a member of the Management Development and Compensation and Public Policy and Corporate Responsibility Committees. She served as a member of the Equitrans Midstream Board of Directors from 2018 to 2024. Previously, Vicky served as a director of EQT from 2004 to 2018. She has served as President of Anderson Stratton Enterprises, LLC since 2005 and was previously Vice President and Owner of BHMM Energy Services, LLC from 2006 to 2013. She currently serves on the boards of PNM Resources, Inc. and Occidental Petroleum Corporation. Previously she was also a director of Cheniere Energy, Inc. and Cleco Corporation.
